1 Eligibility

By accessing or using the 777xr platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777xr strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of local jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with 777xr or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of 777xr or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

777xr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the lifetime of a player account and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or can no longer be confirmed.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of 777xr services — including live casino, sports betting, slots, Teen Patti, and payment facilities — you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all 777xr accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the 777xr platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

777xr supports a range of local Pakistani payment methods to ensure accessible and convenient banking for all registered players. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Supported Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 are the currently supported deposit and withdrawal channels. 777xr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 777xr account dashboard and are subject to change. 777xr reserves the right to impose individual account-level transaction limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed on the same business day, subject to security checks. 777xr accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network infrastructure beyond its direct control.
• Currency: All PKR-denominated transactions are processed at the displayed rate. USDT TRC20 transactions are processed at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

777xr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and Golden Bank loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms and is displayed in your 777xr account dashboard.

777xr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will be notified via their registered contact details.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity conducted on the 777xr sportsbook, live casino, and slot game sections of the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 777xr. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued by the platform. 777xr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.

• Casino Game Results: All live casino game results are determined by the outcome of the physical game as broadcast by the licensed live dealer studio. All slot game results are determined by certified random number generators. 777xr does not influence game outcomes.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, giving rise to immediate account suspension and permanent closure without compensation:

• Creating more than one player account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been suspended or closed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables, including but not limited to sharing hand information, coordinating betting strategies, or communicating via external channels during active game sessions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from your account balance.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the 777xr platform to transfer, conceal, or obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or payment process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777xr staff or other players via any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than participate in genuine gaming activity.

7 Responsible Gaming

777xr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive set of player protection tools to all registered players. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the following:

• Age Restriction: The 777xr platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. It is illegal for individuals under the age of 21 to register or play on 777xr.
• Self-Assessment: You represent that you do not have a gambling problem and that your participation on 777xr is recreational and within your financial means.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xr platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777xr platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777xr platform without prior written consent from 777xr.
• The 777xr name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of 777xr trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond 777xr's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data, game history, or transaction records caused by technical failures or force majeure events.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network infrastructure providers involved in processing your deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777xr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination

777xr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account regulations.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure or fund freezing.

Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in the account — after deduction of any applicable bonus balances and investigation holds — will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 777xr holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777xr's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
